Programming La Sala, art creation center for families

What’s left after a show when the applause ends and the curtain falls?

What’s left after a show when the applause ends and the curtain falls? What’s left after a show when only a work light illuminates the space? Who picks up, tidies, and cleans the stage? What’s an empty stage like? What happens next? LOOP, a 2022 Grec Festival co-production that won the FETEN award for best dance show, has the answers. Theatre within theatre. Dance within dance.

Founded in Madrid in 1995 and directed by the choreographer Enrique Cabrera, Aracalandanza has become a leader in performing arts in the region. Specialising in shows for families, it has won numerous FETEN (Feria Europea de Teatro para Niños y Niñas de Gijón) awards, several Max awards and universal acclaim from audiences and critics alike. This show is organised by La Sala, Centre de creació d’arts per a les famílies.
