The world of superheroes inspires Sol Picó to reflect on immigration. With live music, the performance shows the experiences that migrant children have to overcome, as well as the allies and friends they meet during their journey.
The public can see first-hand how a show is forged, put together live by the professional dancers and the audience, who actively participate in the creation.
Sol Picó is a dancer and choreographer who combines different techniques and languages in her productions in a ground-breaking way. With her Sol Picó Company , she has become one of the most heterodox creators on the contemporary Spanish stage. She has been awarded, among others, with more than five Max awards, the Catalan National Dance Award (2004), the City of Barcelona Dance Award (2015), the National Dance Award (2016) and the Creu de Sant Jordi (2020).
