Women from different generations come together in a ritual of shared, community dance, in order to promote collective listening; and movement and physical theatre lead us through the story of three characters who talk about the limits imposed on us with a good dose of humour, and above all about the limits we impose on ourselves.

This show requires a little displacement.

"Me quiten lo bailao" by Guille Vidal-Ribas + Jose Manuel Álvarez

Three groups of women from different generations come together to hear a song by Martirio and share their individual experiences. This is the starting point for the creation of Me quiten lo bailao, where each group has contributed their body and character to a musical score proposed by the choreographers Guille Vidal-Ribas and Jose Manuel Álvarez. The result is a shared ritual that vindicates bodies and dance as indispensable factors, demonstrating the urgency of listening.

This show requires a little displacement

The choreographers Guille Vidal-Ribas and Jose Manuel Álvarez come together again, a decade after they collaborated on an inter-generational, participative dance production. Blurring the boundaries of their own disciplines, urban dance and flamenco, they explore the things they have in common, such as community dance forms. On stage are three groups of non-professional artists from L’Hospitalet, Badalona and Sant Cugat, who have taken part in the creative process.

"esberlar", L'atapeïda

esberlar uses movement and physical theatre to lead the audience through images of instability, collapse and reconstruction. Three characters talk in a humorous way about the limits imposed on us, but above all those we impose on ourselves. A physical and gestural journey, guided by the emotions generated when things break down.

This show requires a little displacement

L’atapeïda works on the boundaries of movement and physical theatre. Focused on creating street pieces for all audiences, is under the artistic gaze of Elena Lalucat.
