Àgores Terrassa

As part of the Àgores project, Terrassa will come alive with the energy of swing through a travelling musical route that will turn the city centre into a true celebration. At 11 am, the band Noel & The Jazzy Fortunes, led by trumpeter and singer Noel Fortune, will begin a parade from Plaça Vella creating a second line inspired by the streets of New Orleans while performing a repertoire of classic tunes full of rhythm, humour and positive energy.

The route will finish at Horta dels Frares (Parc de Vallparadís), where an open Lindy Hop class with Jaume Barderi and Mariona Carreras will be offered for all audiences. This will be followed by a Lindy Hop showcase directed by Gerard Nevot. At the same location, once again with music by Noel & The Jazzy Fortunes, the space will open for dancing so everyone can be carried away by the rhythm of swing!
