BE SOUL FEST 2026

Dansa Metropolitana 2026 will once again host the urban culture festival Be Soul Fest over three exciting days, featuring a range of activities: on Friday 20 March, Soul Session Night will kick off the festival with a night of improvisation that brings together dancers and live musicians; on Saturday 21 March, the Be Soul Battle will showcase freestyle battles between groups, beginner pairs and individual performers for both adults and children; and the festival will conclude on Sunday 22 March with the Be Soul Choreo Contest, a choreographic competition for groups organised by age categories.

Soul Headquarters is a training centre specialising in urban dance based in Sabadell since 2009. With a recognised track record in professional competition circuits, the centre has won the Spanish championship more than ten times across various categories in recent years.
