‘Where am I when I am in neither reality nor my imagination?’ (Nostalghia, Andrei Tarkovsky). There are many possible worlds within each world. And just like in a game of mirrors, we can glimpse the threads that connect us and the links that sustain us. Faula is a new chapter in an ongoing exploration of the group and of what we can build together. It’s about individual and collective bodies, interdependence and mutual trust. This time, our gaze turns towards the fabulous: an amalgam of fantastical creatures celebrating everything extraordinary within us.

Roser López Espinosa has been active on the international scene since 2006. She has created works such as L’estol, Trama (Best Choreography Award at the 22nd Critics’ Awards) and Cometa, which has captivated audiences worldwide. She has served as a guest choreographer for companies including Skånes Dansteater (Sweden), Scottish Dance Theatre (UK) and MiR (Germany), and also partners with circus companies. Associated with La Caldera and a resident at Mercat de les Flors, she channels her work through her company Lowland.

On March 8th at 6pm there will be a free pre-show talk at Auditori de Cornellà by Toni Jodar (Explica Dansa).

At the Teatre Auditori de Granollers, the performance will include a pre-show talk one hour before the performance, led by Ester Vendrell from the Recomana collective, as well as a post-show discussion with the company, also moderated by the same specialist.
