This is a space where desires coexist, nourished by the longings of the past and feelings that can be revived. In this new creation, Manuel Liñán explores emotion and flesh in a journey through the human need for connection and closeness between bodies. Twelve artists onstage guide us through a choreographic journey imbued with the spirit of a cobla, shifting through desire, fantasy and provocation born from intimacy and from the body as a source of vital energy.
Manuel Liñán (Granada, 1980) is one of the most outstanding contemporary flamenco artists. A bailaor, choreographer and creator with a unique vision, he combines impeccable technique, a powerful stage presence and a contemporary sensibility. With more than one hundred awards under his belt, he achieved international success with Viva! and continues to explore flamenco and identity with his new work Muerta de Amor.
