PICASSa, a solo by Lorena Nogal created for non-theatrical spaces, takes fragmentation as its artistic, psychological and philosophical point of departure. Inspired by Picasso, it explores how we perceive and reconfigure reality, both physical and emotional. Through the body, space and gaze, it transforms the museum setting into a living, sensory, reflective territory of performance, where the audience becomes part of the experience.

Lorena Nogal, a Barcelona-based dancer and choreographer, has gained international recognition since 2008 with La Veronal and collaborations with companies such as Nederlands Dans Theater, Scapino Ballet and the Spanish National Ballet. National Dance Award 2024 winner and co-founder of HOTEL Col·lectiu Escènic, she develops her own projects and teaches training in bodily dissociation and the KOVA method, a unique, experimental stage language.
