Workshop

‘Al Relente’ is a collective dance project for women of all ages, with or without prior experience. It combines a week-long intensive workshop with a public performance. Led by Brazilian choreographer and dancer Mari Paula, the project creates a space for shared practice, where the body, movement and relationships with others become tools for freedom, listening and empowerment.

Participation in the workshop includes free entry to Mari Paula’s show Lake Machine on 22 March at 6 pm at the Teatre Principal in Terrassa.
