Àgores El Prat
Àgores is the project this year that is bringing life to the streets of the cities participating in Dansa Metropolitana. It's a space where the metropolitan area is filled with dance, shared steps and the desire to come together.
In El Prat, Cia. Banda Esfèrica has been working with students from three local dance schools and groups (Double Shift, L’Escola d’Arts en Viu and the Bankai group from Nippon Prat), who will present the work they have created together.
This will be followed by the performance Granotes al cel, aigua a la terra! Rituals i danses de la pluja by Banda Esfèrica (Carlota Grau and Raquel Cors), an invitation to invoke rain through dance and soundscape. It’s a festive street piece that explores local festivals, urban dance, documentary theatre and performance.
