Los perros proposes a state of resistance; as dogs that walk, dogs that find each other, that recognise themselves as vulnerable, that share joy, but also pain; that fall and get up, that dance, that rebel through love, generosity and commitment, to find in this common journey the meaning of their own lives. To overcome violence and deterioration together. Los perros unfolds a passionate dance based on repetition and catharsis: it is dancing to exhaustion, embroidering to the point of exhaustion, living to the point of collapse.
Created and directed by Martxel Rodríguez and Jon López, members of Marcos Morau's La Veronal, the Led Silhouette collective is made up of artists from different dance disciplines and influenced by contemporary art. Their projects aim to generate transformative atmospheres, using movement and image as primary elements.
