Parallel Ways

How many options do we have? Which decision should I make? What is the best path I can choose? Parallel Ways is the union of two dance and multimedia projects that reflect on the infinite possibilities our decisions can have and on which paths can be taken throughout our lives. Through dance and body movement, music and visual projection on a large background cyclorama, the show stages different parallel stories of different people. A separation between friends, a toxic relationship, getting out of a difficult situation, emigrating because there’s no other option, relationships of dependence, the search for second opportunities, etc.

FUSE by Messcellany is a multidisciplinary artistic company specializing in the self-sufficient development of stage productions and multimedia art. In this project, it collaborates with the creative team of the Homeland Dance Company to supply these tools and seek an intense language of performance together.
