Terra

The company Silver Drops presents Terra, a dance piece performed by three female dancers whose main aim is to take a profound and sincere look at the land and to reflect on how this element allows us to live, on both a real and a symbolic level. Working from this basis, of roots, tradition and life, they recreate scenarios and situations that stimulate the imaginations of the boys and girls and also of the adults accompanying them. A game based on different states and forms of the land staged with materials that eventually become indissociable from dance. From the land they also explore different emotions and states: safety, curiosity, the relationship with the family, the relationship with the surroundings, loneliness and happiness and the joy of living. Terra is a work of contemporary dance, and exhaustive and careful analysis of movement that interacts with different elements and which make the piece a highly stimulating visual experiment.

The company Silver Drops Dansa is made up of its driving force and director Anna Macau and the director and lighting and sound designer Carles Rigual.
