A show about friendship, anger and tenderness in which four middle-aged men – Piero Steiner, Andrés Corchero, Pep Ramis and Enric Ases – show us the boy, the old man and the madman within them.

Piero Steiner, Andrés Corchero, Pep Ramis and Enric Ases have created and perform this poetic, tragicomic and elusive piece, which invites us to reflect on feelings that shake us all up: hope, disappointment, the need to fight or surrender, revolutionary dreams and implacable reality. A show about friendship, anger and tenderness in which four middle-aged men show us the boy, the old man and the madman within them. Four men of the same age, the same height and with the same goal: searching for a common language to enable them to reach the spectator directly.

These singular creators have known each other for many years. Each of them has for sometime been investigating new ways of creating, in which movement, the word and sonorous and physical spaces shape landscapes with great emotional and poetic potential. In the autumn of 2017 they decided to join together, under the name OSSOCLUB, to pool their particular ways of working, their idea of the theatre, movement and the stage. María Muñoz (of Mal Pelo) has accompanied them in this adventure in the dramaturgy and the direction.

The company will host a post-performance discussion on 12 March.

Enric Ases, a member of the company OSSOCLUB, proposes the workshop “Processos de creació en col·lectiu. Meravelles i horrors” open to performing arts professionals, with the objective of providing practical tools for approaching a collective work.
